Shipping Policy
Processing Time Catalog orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Custom orders require 3–4 business days for production before shipping. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods
- Orders under $20 are shipped via USPS First Class Stamped Mail. Please note that these orders do not include tracking.
- Orders $20–$49.99 are shipped via USPS Ground Shipping with tracking.
- Orders $50 and over (US only) qualify for free tracked shipping via USPS Ground. This promotion applies to domestic US orders only.
Domestic Delivery (United States) Delivery times vary by location after processing. USPS Ground Shipping typically arrives within 2–8 business days.
International Shipping We ship to over 28 countries worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination and customs processing. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. International orders shipped via First Class Mail do not include tracking.
